There's a small chance your IT team have made some changes and Credosity is either hidden or uninstalled.
A re-install will be the first step and most likely an immediate fix.
To do that, go to https://account.credosity.com/ and log in with your user name and password. If you've forgotten your password enter your email address and then click 'I forgot my password' to reset it.
Once you've logged into back into your account you can download Credosity from the home page.
There is a unique link there. That's what you'll share with the team to invite them into your account. When you're ready to do that step please get in touch.
