One of Credosity's features is to show stats on how you, or your team, are improving across time. Progress is an important motivator for us all!
End-users can view their personal stats from the 'My Statistics' button on the home screen of Credosity. The account holder can view collated stats on their account page at https://account.credosity.com/
If your system is blocking this data flow, here's how to 'unblock' it and get the full value from Credosity:
First check: Do you require your proxy servers to be explicitly configured?
If not, the default settings could solve this:
Please set .NET to "usesystemdefaults" to "true" where Internet Explorer's defaults are used (as explained here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dkwyc043(v=vs.110).aspx#Anchor_1).
As Credosity is built using Microsoft .NET 4.5.2 (& later), we use the underlying HTTP proxy servers and services exposed by the host operating system and network environment.
Second check: Have you whitelisted these URLs and domains so they bypass your scanning and authentication?
Note: Be sure that all HTTP 'REST' calls are permitted (i.e. all HTTP verbs GET POST PUT)
All working now?
Once you've completed these steps please get in touch to confirm the data is flowing as expected.
To reassure you that your data remains confidential:
- Credosity uploads aggregated statistical data to a HTTPS (secure, Microsoft Azure-hosted) web service at https://account.credosity.com/
- This data contains no document text. It only contains statistical data that helps your teams see how their writing improves over time.
