In current versions of Credosity you have the option to 'Ignore always' on words or phrases you want the software to remember from one session to the next.
This builds up a dictionary of words and phrases across time that are unique to you. These are stored locally on your machine and are not shared with others. Here's where to find them if you want to delete them and 'start afresh'. Also, if you were to get a new PC you might like to copy these onto the new machine so Credosity doesn't miss a beat.
Where to find your 'APPDATA'
1. Find your C:\ drive (the main directory of your computer)
2. Use this 'address' to find the Linguistek\Credosity folder in your AppData. You will need to replace 'YourName' (below) with your actual name. It may be your first and/or last name depending on your computer set up: C:\Users\Your.Name\AppData\Roaming\Linguistek\Credosity
3. Inside the Credosity folder there you will see at least two files:
- Credosity Custom Dictionary.dic
You can delete them both. Or, copy them across to a new machine (just be sure to put them in the same location).
